Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking: We kindly ask that you book our services in advance, as availability may vary. To make a reservation, you can conveniently book online. Your booking will be confirmed promptly upon receipt, and you will receive a confirmation email or message for your peace of mind. d. Should you need to make any changes to your booking, we appreciate your understanding that we require at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

  2. Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation, unless otherwise arranged. For your convenience, we accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon options. Please be aware that additional charges may apply for any incidental expenses such as waiting time, parking fees, or tolls.

  3. Cancellation: We understand that plans may change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate your needs with flexibility. Should you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee, as we allocate resources based on bookings.  In the event of a no-show, the full fare will be charged to cover our costs and inconveniences.

  4. Conduct: We value respectful behavior towards our drivers and fellow passengers, and we kindly ask that you maintain courteous conduct throughout your journey. Any accidental or intentional damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be addressed accordingly, and charges may apply for repairs. To ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers, smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol or illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the vehicle.

  5. Luggage: We understand that traveling often involves luggage, and we’re here to assist you with your belongings. Please inform us in advance if you have any oversized items or excessive luggage so that we may accommodate your needs appropriately. For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse carriage of any luggage that may pose a risk to passengers or the vehicle.

  6. Delays: While we strive to provide timely service, we acknowledge that unexpected delays such as traffic or road closures may occur. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such circumstances, and we will make every effort to keep you informed of any anticipated delays.

  7. Liability:  Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we take every precaution to ensure a secure and comfortable journey.  However, we kindly remind you that we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the provision of our taxi service, except in cases of proven negligence on our part. We strongly recommend that you obtain suitable travel insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents during your journey.
